Every couple of years we try to do some maintenance in the Valley. We'll rent a “brush hog” to mow trails, and depending on the number of volunteers, we’ll trim overhanging branches and remove sage from the trails. Bring appropriate manual or battery-operated tools. We could also paint some of the trail markers. Does someone have a battery operated sander? Please meet at the east end of the Valley (use dirt road off Hwy 24) at 10AM. Bring water and a lunch. Vehicles are allowed in the Valley for this activity. If you’re not up for the physical labor, please stop by anyway to commune with nature and meet some neighbors. Please RSVP to [email protected]
